A clean, furnished private bedroom is available immediately in a shared apartment in the heart of Jackson Heights, Queens.

The room includes a brand-new twin bed and mattress, desk, office chair, wardrobe, fan, and high-speed Wi-Fi. The apartment is on the 3rd floor (walk-up) and you’ll share the kitchen and bathroom with two other respectful working professionals.

The location is one of the biggest advantages—it’s only about a 2-minute walk to the Jackson Heights–Roosevelt Avenue station with access to the E, F, M, R, and 7 trains, as well as multiple bus routes. Grocery stores, restaurants, pharmacies, banks, laundromats, and shopping are all within walking distance.

Because the apartment is located very close to the subway station, there is some background train noise, particularly with the windows open. Most residents become accustomed to it quickly, and it’s hardly noticeable with a fan running or during normal daily activities. I prefer to be transparent so there are no surprises.

Room is for one person only. No smoking, no drugs, no parties, and no overnight guests (the room has a twin-size bed designed for single occupancy).
