The Reserve at Fairfax Corner is a great community. The apartment is a 2 bed 2 bath. There is a newly renovated clubhouse, fitness center, and pool area. There is open parking next to the apartment. It is next door (literally) to Fairfax Corner and .3 miles from Wegmans. Everything is right here.

The bedroom is the bigger bedroom but a normal bathroom with walk in closet. Rent will be 1300 plus electric and Internet. Usually comes out to 1400-1450.

I am finishing up my PhD at George Mason University. I have a doggo named Xena, she is a sweet little lab. I play DnD 1-2x a week and softball another 2-3x a week. I have a detached garage with a full gym inside. I’m usually gone/quiet during the day and am gone most evenings for a while with activities.
