There’s a deck out back, and there’s beautiful forested walking trails in the neighborhood. There’s a second room that’s negotiable as well, which could be great as an office for remote workers.

The property needs some minor renovations done but should be move in ready around August 15th. In the process of acquiring furniture, but should have at least the main level done by then. Can furnish your bedroom if you’d want because I have a bedroom set in storage.

Hi! I’m 28 and working in DC and the only roommate. I’m very clean, and am generally out of the house at lot. In my spare time I like to play board games, read, and craft. I’m an introvert but can be pretty social and like to host, usually just a relaxed movie night but an occasional small party or board game night. I’m always happy to try new bars, restaurants, and coffee shops.

I don’t currently have any pets, but I am expecting to cat sit my parents cats at times, probably like four weeks out of the year so I need someone who can tolerate cats.
