About the room

Looking for a stable, quiet and clean roommate that is reliable, respectful and easy to get along with. This condo has 3 Bedroom and 2 Bathroom accommodations, and is located in South Sarasota by Potter Park. This is a great area on the rise with great shops and restaurants close by and more in development along the way currently where the old Sarasota Square Mall was located. This development offers great amenities as well including; Large heated pool with hot tub, gym, tennis courts, basketball court and car wash. We are located walking distance from the Potter park YMCA as well with Publix, Target, Lowe’s, Walgreens, CVS and Kohls close by. This condo (excluding the room for rent), is completely furnished and well maintained. The room I am looking to rent is not furnished, so the tenant can do with it what they please and decorate it to their liking. I do have a cat that resides here with me as well and she is very lovable and well kept and groomed. The rent is $1800 which will be spilt 2 ways which comes to $900 per month a person. The bills include: FPL, WATER/UTILITY, and INTERNET. The price for these varies but rarely exceeds an additional cost of $400 which is also split two ways. I am quiet and clean and generally keep to myself. I work part-time as a baker and enjoy spending time with friends and family. I am 42 years of age and have lived at thia location for 3 and a half years.
