I am a homeowner and I live here. The townhouse has 2.5 bath. 1 full is in the master which is my room. The .5 bath is downstairs. The other full bath will be completely be yours.

I have one dog and he can be unfriendly with other pets, so no pets are allowed. Unless its a pet in a tank.

The house was brought a few years ago and since then I haven’t done anything to update the house. so Its just as I brought with a few updates.

There is a Patio, but it needs some TLC - currently fixing it up and making it a destination hangout spot.

After I update the patio, I will fix my ceiling so its not popcorn and get new flooring.

A little about me I keep to myself, I rarely host people, I work a lot (I have two jobs, being a landlord will be my third job) because I love to travel and renovate my home. I am hoping to find someone who has a similar schedule or exact opposite, or overall someone who is mindful of the space they are sharing with another and is friendly and respectful.
