I’m renting out the primary bedroom in my house (Lakeridge/Rainer Beach) available 9/7/2026. It has its own private balcony with a really pretty lake view, a private bathroom with a jetted tub and shower, and its own private laundry (not shared with any of the other housemates), which is super convenient.
The room feels more like a little apartment/suite than just a bedroom. It’s quiet, has a lot of privacy, and would be great for someone who wants their own space but still likes the idea of living in a home with actual people instead of a random apartment building.
The house is fully furnished, has 2 living rooms, lots of natural light, and a giant deck with a fire pit that overlooks the lake.
I live on-site in the ADU so I’m around if anything comes up, but I’m also very respectful of people’s space. I’m hoping to find someone clean, chill, and respectful who will treat the house well and enjoy the space.
It’s a really sweet setup if you want something peaceful, private, and a little nicer than the usual roommate situation.
