Hi! We have 2 bedrooms available in a 5 bedroom, 2.5 bathroom, 2 story house in a beautiful neighborhood in east Allen, near the intersection of Bethany and Jupiter. Either room can be unfurnished for $800 per month, or furnished with a bed and small dresser for $850 a month. All bills (including WiFi) are included with rent payment. The rooms are both upstairs and have nice closet space as well. All bedrooms come with keyed entry. You have full access to a spacious kitchen with great appliances and kitchenware, a laundry room with a new washer and dryer, and of course the living room with a large tv and cozy couches. Parking is on street or in driveway in back.

4 other guys under 40 currently live in the other rooms. We all work, respect each other’s space and privacy, try to keep common areas clean, and sometimes have a meal/drink together on occasion. We also respect those who prefer to spend time alone! 2 of the guys own a restaurant, and frequently share wonderful food , 🍲 🥘 They’re the best!! The house is generally quiet, to respect our different schedules, but it’s not strictly dead silent. We watch tv in the living room, I play a little bit of music when I cook, we have guests over occasionally for holidays/dinners (but not every weekend, so it’s not really a party house). We have 3 dogs who spend their time playing outside or relaxing in their own room inside. They’re well behaved inside, I forget they’re here sometimes. We can’t do any more pets at this time.
