About the room

Roommate moving out end of June, looking for someone to take over his room. The apartment is located in Mission/DeLaVina area, one block away from Sb cottage hospital,5-10 minutes away from downtown area and couple blocks away from Mission park/Rose garden. Rent for room is $1,275 month to month lease. ($2,550 overall) Utilities: Landlord pays water and trash. We pay for Electricity and gas (which isn’t that expensive). Wifi is split $40 each. Detached laundry on the side of the apartment complex.

About the apartment: The apartment is a 2 bedroom/1 bathroom apartment. Wood floor, modern kitchen, good size living room and nice small bathroom. Its in a nice and quiet hidden area, all the neighbors are respectful and mind there own business. The apartment does have one parking spot and there is also self parking on the street.

Looking for someone in there mid-late 20s or so to take over, who has a full time/stable job to pay rent on time. Someone that is clean, respectful and responsible. I don’t mine if you drink or smoke but try to keep the smoking outside as much as possible.

About the roomies

Im Eddie, a 33 year old, I work full time for a Skateboarding company in Ventura so I’m mostly at work for the whole day Mon-Thurs and sometimes Fridays. On weekends i like to rest as much as possible. Usually like to go on hikes, gym and hangout with friends. I’m chill/super-laid back guy to hangout with and i mind my own business as well.
