I have lived here for two years and love this location. The house stays a good temperature and utilities are $75 per person between three people. Rent is $800 per person. I am ready to rent the rooms out immediately.
I need two more roommates. I have lived in the townhouse for two years and it’s been a great experience and neighborhood. I work a lot and very laid back. I have had good experiences with all my roommates in the past.
