The available room is located in a twenty-two hundred (wouldn’t let me enter the numbers 🤦) sq ft home at the end of a private neighborhood. There are multiple living rooms and a spacious kitchen. The home sits on a hill side with a greenbelt located on the backside and is a five-ten minute stroll to Lake Sawyer and a 1 minute drive to the market.

Mia and I are an engaged couple who bought this home earlier this year. We are both in our 20s and looking for those close to our age to move in and hopefully become friends with! I, myself, have a hybrid job working for the state and Mia is following her passion working with animals as a vet tech 😁. We do have a pup, named Floki, who is excessively friendly and forgets we are his parents for random strangers often and loves to cuddle. No prior background check is needed as I can complete one free of charge.
