One bed room one bathroom all to yourself! We would be splitting the Freezer and fridge but other then that you can use any space! There’s 2 gyms a pool a pool table lots of places to sit outside and have fires! You’ll have your own key $70 for losing the key if lost. It’s a very nice area no pets aloud mostly quite! No one can come over untill after you have stayed for a month I would like to get to know you first as well as whoever will be coming over! Other then that no other rules!

It’s just me I’m a 21 year old female do smoke za! I work 2 jobs i was paying on this apartment with a ex but they moved away so it’s just been me i kept to myself a lot mostly asleep or at work! If you want to help with groceries im down to cook I love cooking i cook almost every night! Im a very clean person i dont like thing being a mess! But it woukd be me and you we woukd be on opposite sides of the Aparment complex total privacy
