About the room

My home is located in a beautiful community of Hunter’s Ridge. The room, bathroom, and shared laundry room are upstairs. The demensions of the room are 12x11 ft. The property is clean, quiet, and a calm environment to live in. The shared bathroom, livingroom, diningroom, and kitchen are downstairs. The home is less than a mile away from the 210 and 15 freeways.

About the roomies

My small dog and myself are living in the home. I am the property owner. We lead a clean, calm, quiet, and peaceful life. I am very respectful and will respect your privacy. I am a teacher and I work M-F 7 am - 4 pm. I wish to keep my home safe and clean, so no overnight guests, no drugs, or heavy drinking of alcohol, no pets. Must have a job and references.
