2 Room for rent in Homestead – Month to Month

We have 2 bedrooms available for rent in a nice community here in Homestead. It is a relaxed, friendly environment and would be a great fit for someone looking for a simple, stress-free place to stay. You will have access to the rest of the house, including the kitchen, the living room, and the patio. You would be sharing a bathroom with one other person. The community itself is great, there is a pool you can use and you will have the option to have a dedicated parking space in front of the house.

The cost is $100 per month for all utilities, which covers electricity, water, and high-speed WiFi. Since I am doing month-to-month, I just ask for the first month’s rent and one month’s deposit to move in.
