I am looking for a roommate to share my 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom condo located in Pinellas Park. You will have your own private bedroom and bathroom. Shared fully furnished living room and kitchen. We have a gated pool, a dog walk (under 35lbs) and a pond. Close to Parkside (Target, BJs, Crumbl, 5 Below, movie theatre, Chipotle, etc.) and right across from Freedom Lake Park. HOA requires a background check (not from this site, but through them).

I am planning to sell the condo in the future. Because the market is slow, this process will likely take 6 months or longer. This setup is perfect for someone looking for a flexible, mid-term living situation or a short term rental- it is central Pinellas County, so it is a great place to get your bearings if you are new in town. I will put a guaranteed 2-month advanced notice into our written agreement, so you will have plenty of time to transition when it sells.

About the roomies

I am a 32-year-old teacher. I grew up here, so I can give recommendations on local places to try I have a 6-lb Chihuahua. She is incredibly sweet, quiet, and friendly. My family lives here and can keep me busy, but I’m also down to hang!
