This room is on the 1st floor with its own bathroom and walk-in closet. The space is a generous size. It can easily accommodate a king or queen bed plus any other furniture needed. It has hardwood floors and is steps away from our 2 car garage where you’d have one of those spots!! We’re tucked away in the back of the neighborhood so foot & car traffic are very light!

Hi!! My roommate and I are looking for a third roommate to join us in our townhome! Preferably a girl in her 20s! We’re both easygoing, clean, respectful, and love creating a home that’s comfortable and welcoming. We don’t have any pets at the moment, but we’d be more than happy if you brought one!

You’d have your own private bedroom with an attached bathroom and a walk-in closet, plus a spot in our attached 2 car garage. We’re in an awesome location—about a minute from Camp North End and only 8–10 minutes from Uptown, South End, NoDa, and Plaza Midwood. We’re always down to get a drink, try a new restaurant, or anything adventurous!!

We don’t mind having friends over since there’s plenty of easy street parking, and we enjoy having a social, relaxed atmosphere. We both love meeting new people, but we also respect each other’s personal space and downtime. In the past, we’ve had roommate nights where we’d cook a homemade dinner together, watch movies, or just hang out, and we’d love to find someone who’s interested in that kind of positive, easygoing living environment.
