I have lived at this apartment complex before with my ex-husband. Property manager is the sweetest and super helpful! It’s a chill apartment complex, gated, and with plenty of parking spots. It doesn’t have many amenities though, only an outdoor grill area and a little dog park. But the place is quiet, secure, and in a great area of Huntsville. Maintenance is also super friendly and will make sure to knock on the door and give you a chance to open it before they come in! By the way, water is included! We would only have to pay for electricity and internet. I have also updated the cost per person, rather than displaying the full amount of rent.

It would just be me living in the property with you. I am very much a nerdy person. I love video games, board games, TCGs, you name it! I will probably be working overnight (Tech/Cyber career), so I’m not sure you would see much of me. I’m super respectful towards other people and am LGBTQ+ myself. I’m organized as well and love baking/cooking. If you have basic common sense, we will get along pretty well. I’m chill but also a yapper. Love to make it a safe space around me for whoever I talk to! I’m sure there’s more I could say about myself, but I think this sums up my personality well.
