Hi everyone! I’m looking for a female roommate to fill a room in a cute 2 bed, 1 bath home on 10th Street one block from North Boulder Park. The lease starts August 1st, 2026 and goes through June 30, 2027. Rent for the room is $1,390 + utilities (~$58/month for internet and trash/recycling/compost; unsure on electric/gas and water/sewer costs).

What I’m looking for in a roommate:

• Someone in their mid-20s through 30s who is a graduate student or professional.
• Someone who is easy-going, clean, friendly, and considerate.
• I’d love to live with someone who likes to hang out after work/school, go on hikes, cook, or watch a movie together from time to time!
• Someone who enjoys cats!
• Someone who is a non-smoker.

A little bit about me: My name is Lindsay and I’m 26. Originally from Bend, Oregon, I love being near the mountains so Boulder truly feels like such a special spot to be! I just finished a Masters in Environmental and Natural Resources Policy at CU Boulder in May. I’m now transitioning into the professional world with the goal of working in the sustainability and waste diversion sector. A few activities and things I like to do are horseback riding, kiteboarding, hiking/spending time in nature (always looking for trail recommendations!), traveling (the photo of me on horseback is from a recent trip through the Scottish Highlands!), reading, listening to music, watching movies, spending time with my friends and family, and trying new restaurants (I’m definitely a major foodie)!

In a home, I value creating a welcoming environment that emphasizes community and positivity. I’m usually the type of person who prefers staying in to going out. I have a really adorable cat named Tito who is super friendly and loves to be around people!
