Room for Rent – Month-to-Month ($700/month, All Utilities Included)

I’m looking to sublet a spare room in my apartment for $600 per month, with all utilities included. It’s a month-to-month arrangement, ideal for someone looking for flexibility.

The apartment is a decent size. The bathroom is shared and includes a shower and sink, so comfort with shared space is important

I’m a recently widowed gay man who’s pretty masculine, chill, and down-to-earth. I work full-time and am also in graduate school, so I stay fairly busy. I have a dog named Fonzie—he’s friendly, well-behaved, and pretty easygoing. He roams around the apartment, so you’ll need to be comfortable with dogs.

I’m fairly social and don’t mind chatting or hanging out from time to time, but I also value personal space and downtime. I’ll make sure there’s space for you to feel comfortable and at home in the apartment.

In my free time, I enjoy working out, gaming, going for drives, and spending time at parks.

A few important things:

• I’m cannabis-friendly, so you’ll need to be comfortable with the occasional smell and being around that environment.
• I prefer a single occupant only (no couples or additional roommates).
• I’m looking for someone who values a peaceful, respectful home.

Ideal roommate:

• Clean and respectful
• Responsible and financially reliable
• Either employed full-time or currently a student
• Independent and good with personal boundaries
• Comfortable in a calm, low-drama home
