I’m medically retired. I’m a Christian male. I’ve been renting out this room for over 4 years to travel nurses and medical students primarily. I’ve had 95% females rent from me. I have an extra room and bathroom that I’ve also rented out in the past as well. I’m not looking to rent out both currently unless there is an overlap in tenants for a short period of time. This room will be available in about a month. But as I mantioned earlier I can accommodate you in a second room that has a separate bathroom.
