This private bedroom and bathroom are in a newer 1,096sq ft, third-floor apartment with large windows and great light. The open plan living room and kitchen are spacious, there’s in-unit washer and dryer, a good sized balcony, and a well equipped kitchen with dishwasher and fridge. The complex is small and cozy with a gym, pool (seasonal), and hot tub (year round). Reserved parking or a garage can be added to the lease . We would need to apply together to be approved by management to have you added to the lease.

Utilities will be about $125 per month per person (including gas, electric, trash, water, sewer, and internet).

I’m a full time professional chauffeur in Denver, starting grad school this coming September. I spend a fair bit of my free time reading at home, but go out hiking or back country camping when I get a chance. My cat Jack is a very sweet and affectionate 11 year old standard issue shorthair.
