The property is close to Chippenham and Hull Street in North Chesterfield with a 15 minute drive to down town and VCU. This room is for the Large Master bedroom and fits a king sized bed, but very easily fits a queen with room for extra furniture. Ceiling fan in the room with an attached private bathroom that has a shower with a seat. Does have a double doored closet with a nice closet fixture installed that can support plenty of clothes hung up. Shared Access to the living room and dining room (currently unfurnished but will be soon). Driveway parking is available. All utilities included, with Wifi Internet available. Shed storage available upon request. Door handle will be changed upon move in, feel free to provide your own if you have security concerns. Cameras on the exterior of the property but not inside.

About the roomies

Home owner lives on site on the ground floor. I am a working professional and quiet and keep to myself. 38yr old male that lives in the down stairs ground floor suite. Run my own business from home and stick to myself, on the weekends I am either down stairs working or out enjoying the outdoors. I have one dog and one cat that both stay down stairs for the most part, the cat sometimes wanders around. She is very friendly. I am easy going and am easy to get along with.
