This is a small four bedroom home with this room being the master bedroom and bath. (There is also a small room with shared bath for rent for $500). There is plenty of room for a small fridge, microwave and table in your room when you want your privacy. The television and the cable connection is in your room as well. There is no TV in the living/dining shared area. The living room and dining room are nicely furnished and there is usually a puzzle on the coffee table. The kitchen is a cottage kitchen so the smell of fresh baked goods fills the air and I often process fóod from the garden as you can garden all year round here in Florida. The yard has a beautiful large oak good for a chair swing, and there are several raised beds. A few fruit trees too. The neighborhood is a working class neighborhood. There is a Circle K within walking distance, but shopping is a 5 minute car drive down the road so you need a car. There is a children’s park and boat ramp behind the house. The neighborhood is on Lakeshore Drive which is a lovely drive around Lake Minihaha in Clermont. There are several parks and fishing piers in the downtown area of Clermont, as well as restaurants and quaint specialty shops. I am hoping to find a mature woman who would be a good “Golden Girl” to share the home and the garden. I am 68 years old and still work but hope to retire soon. I am not a chatterbox, and don’t socialize much, no but I have way too much room for just me to not share, especially these days when prices for rent, food and gas keep going up and up for everyone. I have a Chihuahua and my 8 yr old grandson and my daughter occasionally visit.
