About the room
Nearby the 5th Street Market and several bus routes. It’s about a 10 minute walk from Eugene’s main downtown bus station. I live on the top floor of this building so the view is great. This building was built in 2020 so it’s very new. We have an elevator, bike room, garbage chutes on each floor, a laundry room, community hang-out room, and a terrace with outdoor seating and a BBQ grill on the top floor.
About the roomies
I am an older woman who enjoys her alone time, but occasionally likes to chit-chat, as well. I enjoy cooking and like to share my food with my friends, neighbors, and roommates. I also love listening to music (my favorite band is Metallica). I am the only one living here and I am just searching for one roommate to live in the spare bedroom since my daughter moved out.
