What you pay:

$1,695/mo covers your room + WiFi, trash, and landscaping. Power, water, and gas are split evenly among housemates — typically runs $125–150/mo total. No surprise bills.

The vibe:

Everyone’s got something going on — school, work, whatever it is. The house stays clean, people are respectful, and nobody’s in your business. If you’re looking for a party house this probably, isn’t it. If you need a quiet place to lock in during the week and actually enjoy your weekends, this is the spot!
