I am curating a culture of wonderful women to share this gorgeous home with me. Price includes utilities for a no-surprise experience. This bedroom is on the main floor with a huge walk-in closet, full bathroom just across the hall where you would be the only one using the shower and storage. This is a beautiful location with a gorgeous garden that is very private, quiet and includes a fire feature and hot tub. No pets. Female only.
About the roomies
I’m living in this home with my 20-year-old daughter. We are super chill and friendly and have our own full lives so we won’t be all up in your business. We are very considerate, early to rise, early to bed. This is a large, five bedroom house and there is a room available on the ground floor that has a full bathroom directly across the hall. I am a psychotherapist and my daughter is a barista. I fun and funny and I favor open communication and being direct with needs and desires. It’s all good in the hood!
