accessible 2 bed 1 bath ground floor unit • private bedroom includes full closet • shared bathroom includes two sinks • full kitchen with dishwasher • spacious living room with entertainment center (TV, Switch, Wii) and vintage turntable courtesy of myself • outdoor space (deck) • well insulated (we never get ants, and rarely see fruit flies) • laundry room just down the hall • parking included (free) and not assigned • right off 56 bus line, close to I-5, hwy 26, & hwy 217, not far from downtown Beaverton • food, shopping, and scenic walking trail nearby • rent includes flat rate water, garbage, sewage (wifi/electric not included) • no smoking or vaping allowed on property, plus I have sensitive lungs (edibles are fine!)

About Micah (33 years, they/them) || I keep common areas tidy, but I don’t expect spotlessness • I enjoy occasional dinner parties with friends and make use of common areas, but overall fairly quiet and expect mutual respect of quiet hours • work full-time M - F in Hillsboro, awake 5am most mornings • book reader, video game enjoyer, D&D participator, vinyl collector, keyboard player (don’t worry I can plug in headphones) • I have so much tea and I will share it with you • I make a mean borscht and chili and I will also share them with you • covid conscious • very LGBTQ+ friendly • very understanding of low energy / invisible disability / chronic pain and willing to work out creative solutions for mutual accommodation & upkeep • interior decor isn’t my strongest suit and I welcome a personal touch to warm up the space! • plants are welcome in shared spaces but MUST be cat-safe. any unsafe plants may be kept on the deck or in your room • straightforward communication is important!
About Mabel (2 years, she/her) || tiny baby • literally so small • shoulder cat • loves to chase flies, useless at catching them • likes to file complaints, but is very polite about it • unfortunately does not pay rent as she does not know what math is • can coexist with one other cat, cannot abide dogs (very sorry) • if she knew what lying was she would do it. do not let her have this knowledge.
A little more information: Listed rent reflects your half of a month-to-month rate which begins in August. I am looking to transfer the lease from my current roommate to a new tenant and move to a fixed term (full year), which may lower the rent slightly. Property management will require background check, credit check, income check after filling out an application. I would appreciate a personal reference or two from former roommates if you have them.
