Hi! I’m located in the Nutwood East Apartments directly across from CSUF, and it’s honestly so convenient and genuinely quite nice for the price and location! It’s a 2bed 1bath, total 800sq ft. The kitchen is furnished with essentials and I have a lot of apartment furniture for the common rooms already so you wouldn’t need to go furniture shopping unless you wanted to! I’ve lived here for a year now and my old roomates, friends/neighbors, and I all really have enjoyed it!

If you dont know much about Nutwood Apartments, I would recommend checking out their website for the layout and virtual tour. The apartments on the website are typically the same layout but my apartment has the updated stainless steel kitchen appliances and hardwood everywhere except the bedrooms.

My name is Taylor, I’m from San Diego, and I’m going into my 4th year of college. I have my own room at my place and I’m looking for most likely just another person to share the apartment with! A little about me: I love being super creative. I’m into listening to and making music, crafting, sewing, photography, thrifting, tv, etc. I also really value being active in world news and politics. I’m not a huge cook but I can absolutely make you a latte anytime. I do travel back home fairly often and I do love to hang out with friends so if you like alone time that may be a benefit! I also love host my friends over once and a while to just hang or for sleepovers but I always want to be respectful of your space first and I welcome you to set boundaries with that! And you are of course welcome to host your friends too if you would like!
