The private room with furnishings is situated in my lovely single family home. You would have a private, neat bathroom in your room. Your room will be situated at the right side of the house, thus ensuring more privacy and seclusion. Closet space will be large enough with many shelves and space for hanging clothes. Monthly rent is $620 and includes all utilities and high speed Internet. The only thing you should pay attention to is to keep your common areas clean, since you will have access to all the common areas, like the kitchen and living room. Washer & dryer usage is possible. Only smoking is allowed outside. Good neighbors and nice locations near grocery stores, gas stations, highways and other facilities are here to give you a comfortable and convenient place to live. Instant move-in is offered for a good candidate.
