The Room Includes: New bed (frame, mattress, and linens) New desk Smart TV Dresser, nightstand, and closet Bathroom directly across the hall (Almost exclusive use) Reading/Chill spot in hallway

The Home & Amenities: Quiet neighborhood with ample street parking High-speed internet included Washer & Dryer available (reasonable use; tenant supplies their own laundry products — a simple schedule can be arranged if needed) Personal refrigerator for tenant use Dedicated cabinet space in the kitchen Pool access during summer months

Important Notes: Two dogs live in the home and they are not Chihuahua size. (10 year old mix and 1 year old sweet Rottie pup). They do like to get up in your personal space when you first walk in… thus must love dogs.
