About the room
Furnished with mattress and folding frame only, though we do have a spare desk if needed. Lots of natural lighting, sliding glass door to the backyard, own spare key to sliding glass door, private half bath (shower in this bathroom leaks, so would need to use the upstairs one), in basement so you have plenty of privacy. Common areas include the kitchen, living room, and main basement area that functions as a music/arts/crafts room and occasionally a board game room.
About the roomies
A couple (33M & 30F), their friend (33M), and the couple’s cat. all humans are nerdy and friendly. Cat is aloof but cuddly. We will probably invite you to play games with us. No one smokes or vapes indoors as a hard and fast rule. Friend vapes outside. No hard drug usage, full stop. Nothing illegal, full stop.
