$$$
- Total rent for property is $4000, split amongst 4 tenants, two paying 900 each and two paying 1200 each (based on room size and driveway/garage access)
- Utilities, including water, electricity, and garbage, typically are no more than 200 a month per person + All utilities are charged solely to me, and I will be taking Zelle payments from each other tenant, after showing my math to divide it up equally
- There is a $50 application fee (through Zelle) (I donβt remember if this charge is refundable, to be updated)
- I believe the total security deposit called for by the lease is
- We, as the tenants, may collectively decide to pay for professional lawn work, carpet cleaning, etc., but that is not something you are agreeing to by moving in. You will have a say in those decisions once youβre on the lease :)
About the roomies
-Three other tenants, we all spend most of our time in our rooms, but the common areas are furnished with some free space for your furniture if you have some -All current tenants are working professionals -All genders and identities are welcome, but please note that all current tenants are male -Not exactly a homey/social house right now, since we all tend to keep to ourselves, but I just moved in and I plan to be deep cleaning and further decorating/furnishing the common areas to hopefully make it more of a welcoming vibe.
