Single bedroom with en-suite in 2/2.5 townhouse. Newly renovated bathroom, room comes furnished but can be unfurnished as well. Room comes with bed, dresser, and walk in closet. Laminate throughout house, and on-site laundry. Property has small courtyard that has a covered canopy and many plants! You will have an assigned parking space available to you. Neighborhood is quiet and has a pool! Close to many shopping centers, restaurants, and activities.
Utilities included: Electricity, water, WiFi, cable.
No cats, Owner(roommate) is allergic but dogs up to 40lbs are welcome. Pet deposit $100 one-time fee, non-refundable.
Space is welcome to professionals and/or full-time students. Single occupant only.
About the roomies
Roommate is the Owner of the property. She is in her 40’s, full-time employee, and keeps it pretty calm and chill in home. She likes to keep a clean home, so a cleaning schedule would be implemented. Likes to spend time at home relaxing and tending to her plants.
