While it comes furnished, you are completely welcome to redecorate and make the space your own. • The Bathroom: You will have your own dedicated, private bathroom. • Home Amenities: Central heating and A/C, plus shared laundry. • The Oasis: Full access to an incredible backyard setup featuring a swimming pool, hot tub, and a beautiful outdoor dining and cooking area. • Swimming Pool: Enjoy full access to the pool—the perfect way to cool off and relax on those hot Brentwood summer days. • Hot Tub: Great for unwinding after work and soaking during the crisp, cool evenings. • Outdoor Kitchen & Dining: If you love to cook and eat outdoors, you will really enjoy our fully equipped outdoor cooking area and patio dining setup. Kitchen & Refrigerator Access • In-Room Mini-Fridge: Your bedroom comes equipped with a small refrigerator, perfect for keeping drinks, snacks, and quick-grab items right at your fingertips. • Main Kitchen: You will have dedicated space in the main house refrigerator for your everyday groceries and cooking ingredients. • Garage Overflow: If you like to buy in bulk, do meal prep, or just need extra room, you will also have access to our spare refrigerator in the garage for overflow storage! Who We Are Looking For • Ideal Roommate: We are exclusively seeking a female working professional. While we absolutely love kids, the space and our household dynamic are set up for single occupancy only (just one person, please—no couples or children). • Lifestyle: We are looking for someone who is quiet, keeps to themselves, and values a tranquil living environment. • Habits: This is strictly a non-smoking household, so we require a non-smoker. Because it is just the two of us living in this large, 2,600 sq ft home, there is a tremendous amount of space and privacy. We are not night owls and prefer a peaceful home to relax in after work. • Pets: We share our home with one very friendly 11-year-old small dog and one cat.
