Pets: One pet may be considered with approval. I also have one friendly, well-trained 45-pound rescue dog who is social and enjoys other dogs. We can schedule a play date to maek sure the pups get along if needed.

A little about me! I believe home should be a sanctuary—a place to relax, recharge, and enjoy a peaceful atmosphere. I’m pretty quiet when I’m home and value a clean, respectful living environment.

I have a demanding career that keeps me busy, so my schedule can vary between 8–12 hour shifts, and I occasionally work weekends. When I’m off, you’ll usually find me spending time with my rescue pup, Lucy. We love exploring local trails, heading to the beach when the weather is nice, or checking out places like Sparkman Wharf and Water Street events.

I also enjoy cooking and tend to make more food than one person can eat, so don’t be surprised if I occasionally offer to share a meal. I have a small bonus room with a sofa and a desk where I like to unwind and sketch (although I am no true artist). You’re welcome to use that space as well if you’d like a quiet place to relax or work.

Most of my family and close friends live out of town, so I rarely have guests over. I’m an easygoing, respectful person and appreciate open communication. If you have any questions, feel free to ask—I’m pretty much an open book!
