We have 1 very large master bedroom (can be single or double) with a bathroom available starting July in our 3 Bed/2.5 Bath townhouse.

This room is 16.5ft x13.5ft, perfect for two people or a single person if you need a lot of space.

Rent is Month-to-Month at $1950 and an additional $1950 security deposit with an option to add garage parking for an extra $50 a month. (street parking is also available)

Utilities and internet are not included and are split evenly among tenants. They usually run about $130 per person.

The room is upstairs and has its own restroom. Also upstairs is a .5 bath, kitchen, and living room. Downstairs is the garage and Washer/Dryer.

The House is located at the base of Western Drive and a 2 minute walk from an 18 and 20 Rte Bus stop. We’re also just as close to a farmer’s market that happens on weekends.

This place is quiet and not a party house, but having small gatherings is fine.

No Smoking and No pets

Current tenants in the other rooms are 1 male and 2 females that all work full time.
