This beautiful room is situated in my beautiful single-family house. You will have your own personal and clean bathroom. The room is located at the right end of the house, therefore it is secluded and private. The closet space is pretty good size with ample shelving and hanging space. The cost for renting the room is fixed at $620/month, including all utilities and fast internet connection. Other than that, there aren’t any other house rules except cleaning up after yourself and maintaining cleanliness in common areas because you will be able to access all the common areas such as the kitchen and living area. Washer & dryer usage. Smoking is only allowed outside. Good neighbors and house is located very close to many grocery stores/gas stations/highways/amenities etc. The room is immediately available for moving in.
