Private use of the basement while the second bedroom remains vacant

Upgrade to the Entire Basement – Add $600/month

Rent both bedrooms for a total of $1,600/month
Exclusive use of the entire basement
Security deposit: $800

Please Note: If only the large bedroom is rented, the second bedroom may be rented in the future to another compatible female roommate. At that time, the kitchen and bathroom would become shared. The second bedroom is not currently being rented, so the initial tenant will have private use of the basement until that occurs.
