Pleasant three bedroom house, with owner and one other housemate. Beautiful yard, with flowers, and fruit trees. Down the street from Fisk Univ., up the street from Meharry Medical. Two miles from downtown, by bicycle, or ten minutes by bus, from bustop one block away. (Caution: we use fans for cooling, and do not have AC.)

I am the owner, an aging idealist, and social justice advocate. Other roomate is a young idealist, and social justice advocate. Both tolerant and easy to get along with. A simple set of rules for a clean, orderly household, with consideration for one another.
