Looking for one young professional female or genderqueer roommate with a lease that begins August 1. The apartment is beautiful and spacious right in Little Italy (CWRU campus and University Hospital, Cleveland Clinic campus) for $1,750 total – $875 per person. The landlord is an older lady, very sweet, and quite hands off.

The apartment has one bathroom, two bedrooms, in-unit laundry, and has a fully furnished kitchen, living, and dining room. Your bedroom would be unfurnished and up to your decor! There is also a dedicated parking spot.

Importantly, this apartment is located on the fourth floor with an often broken elevator. Being able-bodied is recommended to live here. I am also interested in getting a cat, so being cat comfortable is important too.

My name is Rachel, I just graduated from CWRU and CIM undergrad in sociology, public policy, and french horn performance. I am currently in a post-graduate gap year, and I plan to be in Cleveland for at least another year. I am very clean, social, enjoy having people over and just existing comfortably at home. I enjoy cooking, practicing yoga, and nature. I am a non-smoker and don’t drink often. I also practice French horn at home, but am very flexible on practice hours and would be playing no more than two hours a day.
