About the room
Leasing on a month-to-month basis an Ensuite Upstairs. Room is large with a full bath and shower and an oversized walk-in closet. Tenant has access to kitchen, and clean up after oneself, washer & dryer with own supplies, living area and breakfast nook and the upstairs has a table and chairs in the bonus room, another is empty and the other is filled with another king-size bed, backyard and must love small dogs or Yorkies. Tenant must have a full-time job. House has wireless and wifi. No children, no friends, no animals on the property! Smokers are okay but ONLY OUTSIDE and must pick up the trash. This is a corner lot and parking is allowed on the side as there is a stop sign and fire hydrant in front of the home. This is in the Georgetown Village commonly called Estates to separate it from the other Village. This is a month to month rental in case you don’t like the dogs. We don’t wish for anyone to be unhappy!
About the roomies
My husband and I are looking for a roommate, as we bought this home with the idea of taking care of my parents. That did not happen! It is 3,227 sf and I hardly ever go upstairs and have a gate on the stairs to keep the Yorkies (4) downstairs. They will be happy to see you so you must be a little dog lover! Upstairs full carpet! The home is 4 bedrooms and 3.5 baths. The ensuite is big and furnished. there is some stuff in it, but we will move most of it out depending on the space you require or all of it. There are no other people allowed in the home as I am self-employed and we would like a full-time day worker! Maybe nurse or traveling nurse or someone that is friendly and honest!
