About the room
The room is on the back of the house within easy walking distance of capital region hospital, an easy commute for a medical student going through residency. I am the owner of the house and have various updates planned for it, including a rewiring, which I have the funding for but have yet to get scheduled as spring and early summer are the busy seasons for electricians.
I am open to a 1 month stay but I prefer 6 month or more. 1 month stays may be subject to a price increase depending on the situation.
About the roomies
I am a single man working for Missouri department of transportation. I work a 5 day schedule of 5 on monday and Friday and 10 hours every other weekday. I enjoy biking, playing videogames on my computer and board games, including D&D and other ttrpgs. More recently I have also started streaming, but I usually do that starting around 1:30 on Fridays.
I am a very amenable person, able to get along with just about anyone. I also love cooking for other people, but I cannot cook every night, and if you want me to cook for you on a regular basis, I will need you to chip in on groceries.
