I own a beautiful home in the great community of Eagle Ranch. I am renting out a room to a responsible, clean, kind person who is looking for a peaceful life here in my home. Life is crazy out there and home life should be comfortable and peaceful.

I am looking for non-smoker, no drugs, no visitors, single occupancy, no pets, pay rent on time, be able to show proof of income, LONG-TERM only. Most of my roommates stay with me for several years and the longest was 9 years but I ask for at least 1 year minimum. The room is available now and is furnished with brand new bed, new mattress, TV stand and has a closet and ceiling fan. My home is very nice, upgraded and in a great neighborhood. Life here is very comfortable and peaceful. You too would love loving here.

Rent is $730mo plus $300 deposit. It includes all utilities, use of common areas including laundry room and kitchen use, and shared bathroom.
