Hey! I’m Annika. I’m 20 and work full-time, so after work I’m usually just hanging out at home, watching something, or just enjoying some peace and quiet. I’m very easygoing and get along with just about anyone, but I’m definitely someone who likes having my own space. I value my non verbal time ( maybe a bit too much 😅) I’m not looking for a roommate to entertain or hang out with 24/7 , just someone who’s respectful, reliable, and wants a chill place to come home to. I like keeping shared spaces clean (I’m not a neat freak or anything, I just appreciate not living in chaos 😂). My boyfriend also lives here, as well as my 2 cats, pj and nugget, my boyfriend is super respectful, works, and mostly keeps to himself too. We both value privacy, communicate well, and want the apartment to feel comfortable and drama-free for everyone. If you’re responsible, pay rent on time, clean up after yourself, and are looking for a peaceful place to live, I think we’d be a great fit!
