I travel frequently and have another home south. Most times the share will have the place to themselves. Unit has a driveway and walk to our private beach. Outdoor shower to wash off when you return. No steps to enter at end of cul de sac. Newer appliances including dishwasher microwave glass top stove and oven. Central AC, Flat screen tv in living room as well as your own in room.

There would only be 2 ppl ever in the home including myself. I travel quite a bit and have a home south. Work as a yacht captain and manager/broker. I love the beach and go every morning when I’m around. I enjoy cooking and keep the kitchen tidy. Enjoy a glass of wine with my dinner.
