URGENT - NEED FOR 7/1

This is a room in a two bedroom apartment. I am looking for a roommate! I have lived here for about 5 years and the room comes with a bed, dresser, and closet! There is a shared bathroom and kitchen, as well as a living room. Laundry is in the basement of the building. Please reach out to me for more information! Move in can be July 1 when the new lease begins! The rent for two people is now $3,250 for the new lease, so the price is $1,625.

I went to school at Pratt Institute for film. I love watching movies and reading. I work at the Alamo Drafthouse Cinema in Downtown Brooklyn. I am there 4-5 days a week and my shifts are always around 5:00 and I get back around midnight. My only requests are that my roommate be mindful of the sound in the apartment and keep it clean.
