It’s in an amazing location, just minutes from grocery stores, Downtown Providence, Providence Place Mall, Dunkin’, protein shake shops, restaurants, shopping, and more. My partner and I are both workaholics and are out of the house most of the time, so you honestly probably won’t see us much! If we do, it’ll likely just be passing through the kitchen (we don’t cook much anyway). We’re also always happy to chat, grab a drink, or hang out if that’s your vibe—but we completely respect your space and privacy, too. No pets, please. We’re Hannah and Ryann, two 27-year-old women who have been together for 9 years. We don’t have kids, don’t smoke, and live a pretty quiet lifestyle. We both work a lot, so we’re honestly out of the apartment most of the time. We share our own bedroom and bathroom, so you’ll have your own two rooms and private bathroom completely separate from ours. The only shared spaces are the kitchen and stairwell, which helps everyone have their own space and privacy. When we are home, we’re easygoing, respectful, and like to keep the apartment clean and comfortable. We don’t cook very often, so the kitchen is usually pretty quiet too! If you’re someone who enjoys chatting in the kitchen, grabbing a drink, or becoming friends, we’re always open to that. 😊 We’re happy to connect beforehand, share our Instagrams, or answer any questions so everyone feels comfortable before moving in.
