Two private rooms are available for immediate move-in in a spacious, comfortable home in Pensacola. Each room is $1,200 per month. One person or a couple or mom’s who rents both rooms together can receive a reduced rate of $980 per room, or $1,960 total per month. Roommate agreement is a MONTH to MONTH contract.

This is a great option for someone who wants an extra bedroom for a home office, dressing room, child’s room, creative space, or additional privacy. The home is well maintained and located in a convenient residential area near shopping, restaurants, and everyday necessities.
