I have a room available in a one bed, one bath area of quince orchard blvd in Gaithersburg. I prefer a renter who is quiet, clean, and drama free. Rent includes all utilities. I dont have a lot of rules for my dwelling. No smoking inside the apartment. Due to my busy schedule, I am not in the apartment a lot so you have full access to the common areas. There is a master closet in the main bedroom which you will have full access too.
