3 bed, 1.5 bath house. About 15-20 minute walk to VCU campus. Entrance opens up into full kitchen with laundry room attached. The first floor also has the guest bathroom as well as a furnished living room with TV, couch, lazyboy, audio system, etc. Second floor has the 3 bedrooms as well as the main bathroom. All rooms have a closet in them, as well as the bathroom and 1st/2nd floor walkways. Kitchen has tile floors and the rest of the house has carpet.

Hi! My name’s Ben (22), me and my roommate, Tandy (22), are looking for a 3rd roommate to join the lease. Neither of us tend to make a bunch of noise, but we don’t really mind if anyone else does either. I recently graduated from VCU and spend my free time gaming. Tandy is about 10x more creative than me and is responsible for most of the art you may see around the house. He also does photography/videography on the side.
