Quiet, safe, small complex (only 7 units!) • Second-floor unit with central A/C & heat • Full kitchen, patio, and laundry room directly across from the unit • Garage tandem parking + easy street parking • Conveniently located near the 170, 134 & 101 freeways • Walking distance to great coffee shops and restaurants, and just minutes from Ventura Blvd.

The Room: • Private bedroom with carpet • Large closet • Private bathroom Utilities are split evenly and typically run about $130–$170 per person/month (includes water, trash, gas, power, and internet). Management requires a $50 application fee and credit check (can share more details directly).

Looking For: Another working professional who values a clean, comfortable, and relaxed home. Ideally someone respectful, communicative, and easygoing who sees home as a place to recharge rather than a party spot. Preferably no pets.

I’m a woman in my early 30s working in marketing. I work from home most days and travel occasionally for work. I’m pretty low-key and spend my free time reading, working out, watching TV, catching Dodgers games, and currently being way too invested in Love Island. I enjoy spending time with friends but don’t host big gatherings.
